Importing MySql table information

I'm probably missing the obvious, but here's my question. I can use MySqlCC to create a file <MyDatabase>.sql on my home system where i'm running MySql sever. How do I get this uploaded and imported to my website at polarhome? Also, can I import just tables or the whole database?

I'm on redhat server. Thanks!

You can use REDHAT'S PHPMYADMIN. Just login using your database username and password.
