I can successfully log into my IA64 OpenVMS account, but can not change my password:
NIKO@ia64$ set pass
Old password:
New password:
Verification:
%RMS-F-CRE, ACP file create failed
What is the problem?

This issue must be in the relation with the ODS-5 file system.
It is raised to the OpenVMS support... awaiting for the response.
